Yes and by painting the galvanized steel you will prolong the corrosive effect by a further 10 years giving 25 rust free years.

We can offer powder coating or wet two pack acrylic painting.

We prefer to wet paint as this process unlike powder coating does not crack, blister or peel, and will age with the steel product.

You can have any colour you wish, colours can be selected from the RAL colour chart which can be found online at www.ralcolor.com

Anti-vandal is a term that we use for all of our steel product as they cannot be set on fire or damaged like wood or plastic, nothing is completely vandal-proof but with the exception of our painted finish our products are as vandal proof as they possibly can be.

No, if you have any David Ogilvie Engineering product with a fault within the steelwork then we will repair or replace that product free of charge from 25 years of manufacture, UK only.

We regularly refurbish our outdoor furniture which is 20 years plus. It then goes back to its location for further years of service.

We recently refurbished two of our original OE seats which were 28 years old. I kept one of these seats, which had never been repainted, as proof of our paint system. The seat sat all that time on an elevated position overlooking the sea. We gave the customer, North Ayrshire Council a free new OE180 in exchange.

No, we export to anywhere in the world.

There is nothing which cannot be shipped. We make the shelter in bolt together sections, galvanize and paint the sections. Wrapped and packed in a container and shipped to the destination with a full set of assembly instructions or we send our installers to build it.
